Thanks pizza. I didn't follow any particular type of diet, I just kept protein very high, carbs moderate, and fat low. I think the breakdown was probably 55/30/15 of p/c/f. And yeah I went through a couple different fat burners, the most effective of which was ephedra/caffeine stack

Thanks small. I'm not entirely sure. I'm going on July 1 and coming back July 5, at which point I'll start carb cycling for at least 4 weeks, possibly much longer depending on how I like it.
