What the hell is the problem? Hell, even insulin is an anabolic hormone.

I knew a guy with that! He still has hell with his T even with scripts.

A good friend of mine has Hashimoto's I believe it's called? Kills your thyroid levels which also hits the endocrine system. His total test has never been over 400! His body does though produce tons of other hormones cause the guy can pull over 900!!!! Go figure!

There's some serious truth there on the first comment and we think eerily similar with regards to that.

Just wanting to help a brother out ;)

Yeah Hashimoto's is no joke and can seriously wreak havoc on your body. Thankfully for me I don't need an AI and I'm enjoying the water from the little extra estradiol from the bump of T. I've been riding around 1400-1600 for the past 18 months and destroying everything in my path. lol

I was surprised how much help the CJC/IPAM had on me; can't explain the correlation but my free T went through the roof during and after running CJC/IPAM. Now IGF1-LR3 don't really have as peaked of free levels or true IGF-1 bloods; however the pumps are insane.

First big injury occurred a couple days ago. I have a PT appointment for some more dry needle work to help out a tendon and inflamed muscle up in my front delt pocket (slight bicep tendon tear from years ago). Kind of ate my feelings over the holidays and only did legs no push/pull for that whole week. However I must say my legs are going to be Gucci in a few months with all this new volume work.

You can either get your dick kicked in and stop OR take a deep breath and keep moving forward with however forward looks.

TB500 and BPC-157 on deck and am loading this week all into my front delt/tendon pocket. So far doing band work to keep blood in my muscles from no push/pull. Also working my TENS unit. I’ll update as things progress PT wise.

TB500 and BPC-157 are GREAT! Always worked wonders if bicepital tendonitis kicked in.

Speaking of TINS unit, I need to start using my Marc Pro more!

*CJC/Ipam work great, but they would always make me groggy and hold water. They did help recovery massively and my skin looked like I was 20!

No joke about the water bro. I would easily go back and forth 4-7lbs weekly depending on my carb cycle at that period. However moderating more low days into my week helped; albeit we lost some progress in the gym periodization wise. Give and take amirite?

So far I’ve been doing around 45 minutes of rehab every day twice a day and I have my usual mobility back. Running the tens on my shoulder has helped me mantain blood flow to the area without having to directly work the muscle. Sure it’s not breaking down fibers however just keeping blood moving is helping I feel with recovery. I may start a pull hyper session this coming Monday. Will find out more depending how I feel on Saturday/Sunday. Until then, it’s more cardio and more legs.

Have my appointment today with the physio/dry-needle this afternoon. Will update once this is done. However, all the rehab I've been doing at home as seriously helped my bicep/shoulder/tendon from being a little bitch. Had a solid pull session last night. Might consider posting videos on YT privately to post in a new training session. Not looking for that easy YT money, just looking to get a new set of eyes on my form/training. Any interest on this from you other guys?

3 ten minute walks a day homie. Amazing what it can change.

Ended up getting my C3/C4/C5/C7 needled along with my scapula and rotator cuff. What I was told is my spine was saving itself (most likely from a drunk-driver car accident in '19) and was disengaging my traps/rear delts from firing and was putting a majority of the load on my bicep and pec on my right side. My tendon was rolling across and in the groove it usually sits because it's inflamed.

Did a push session last night and everything went well. I did notice loads hitting different parts of my body that haven't been "firing" in who knows how long. I'll be going back to this guy for sure.

DANG! That doesn't sound fun but glad the treatment helps!

Good chiros are magical. I love chiros office, have 3 unbelievable chiropractors there. I tend to see the same one but they're all talented and the girls up front are always hot =)

We were expecting our second; she showed up 04/06/2022 healthy - kicking and screaming. All good signs. However my wife was put on bedrest for the latter part of the pregnancy and that crushed any outside work / outside home life ie. the gym. Had a small setback weight wise over the last 8 weeks of her pregnancy on my part but I'm within 7lbs of where I was when she ended up on bedrest.

Still doing PPL / Still carb cycling / Forever on TRT

I did just start HGH alongside my TRT protocol (prescribed Rx) and have noticed some serious benefits as well as a very small daily oxandrolone (also Rx).

I'm still maintaining my 10K steps base per day (not counting cardio steps; take the watch off when training) and am eating in the ball park of 3,000 calories a day. This has been a sweet spot for me.

I've also found that keeping my fats low (sub 40 per day) allows me to push carbohydrate intake and not negatively affect the scale week to week; this has made training a lot more fun.

      Hope everyone is well!

Party Party! the var is fun but only on low doses. I've found medium dosages really screws with cholesterol for me. I can handle 15mg daily but the moment I up to 25mg shit gets crazy. I've been doing 5mg morning 5mg afternoon and it's been a good protocol after dialing back the 25mg after my first 30 day bloods post starting the var. lol
