I'm finally back and have figured out the nutrition portion of everything, which has been the hardest part for me. I'm also fighting a sugar issue that's been plaguing me for a while so that's why I've been out. All related to what happened over the summer. SO, with that being said I'm still around 285 and have been sitting here for a while. A lot has happened since surgery financially and now that we have all of that figured out and finalized I get to breathe a little. I'll update more tomorrow. Have a good New Year!

Good to hear from ya!
Health is becoming a focus of mine as well! I've been too heavy for far too long also. Was doing great until the holidays, so I'm back at 283 =\ was 265 before. I notice how much shittier I feel and my BP jumps up quite easily when I'm heavier. I'll drop it quick now that I'm back to a routine, but still! It's no fun having health issues most 60 year olds have, LOL!!!!!!!!
I had been dealing with some stuff for quite a while and finally took the time to get some blood panels. Found out I have the T level of a 93 year old man. Cool. I'm working on getting those numbers up and along with that incorporating a new diet (thanks to last years surgery) and maybe I'll finally make some progress in the gym.
I can say this (maybe, depending mods) - testosterone plays an incredible role in your body. Not only muscle but mentally and so many other facets. If you're curious and think you may have symptoms - get tested. It may show you what's going on.
This journey is going to change a little with this new protocol. I can't wait to see the progress.

With my daily caloric burn and what occurs during any type of training whether it be weight training or cardio, I should hit a 300-350 deficit. I want to go down slow this time and not radically drop 1.5lbs a week like I did before I went in for surgery.
Keeping the meals simple with lots of chicken, very little beef (stomach can’t handle it now) and white fish. Carbohydrates are pretty simple like they were before: rice/Ezekiel bread/taters. Fibrous veggies are in every meal, including breakfast. I can’t stomach anything anymore without fiber in the meal and my body tells me it likes root vegetables and leafy greens.
Water is around 100oz a day as of right now. Working on getting back to a gallon per day. Fighting a serious caffeine addiction right now thanks to diet soda and diet energy drinks. I’ve been supplementing one BCAA drink with around 60mg caffeine per day. That’s been helping keeping the headaches down.
TRT is starting in a week, should be interesting to see what that positively effects.

You're going to feel amazing! Hopefully you're also prescribed 2-3 times a week of HCG at 500iu each to maintain your leydig cells and LH production.
Hey AB good to hear from you again. Missed ya big guy. I’m really glad they finally found what’s been making me feel so down / depressed as well as lose countless pounds of muscle along the way.
I got prescribed 250iu 2x HCG a week same day as T and anastrozole. PM me for more I don’t want to get banned.

Heavily considering getting some weights for my house with this coronavirus. Now that I think about it though, it really makes more sense to do this not only during a pandemic but bad weather. Some winters can suck pretty bad here in the mid-west and sometimes weighing out totaling your car vs. pushing weight.....the pushing weight loses most every time. I do have the room in my basement to make some type of home gym / dungeon but head room is really an issue. I'm thinking of making my own power rack. Watched OX make his in his basement and I'm decently salty at fabricating - seeing how he did his inspired me to do the same. Looks like YORK isn't shipping, but you can get a decent setup from them, about 600lbs for right around $500. For the time being I don't see myself needing 600lbs so I'm thinking of ordering the 300lb set and 2 extra 45lb plates.
Too bad OX won't layout his dimensions for his power rack....lol

Check EliteFTS.com. TONS of racks at various prices. They even have some super basic ones that are not expensive.
I remember seeing a half rack with big j hooks for safety bars you could mount against the wall. All kinds of badass equipment! Really do some looking on their website. Call and ask for Matt Goodwin when you get close, he's the Sales Manager.
*Even if it's pricier than you thought, you honestly cannot beat EliteFTS's quality. I still have perfectly functioning equipment I bought a decade ago, no joke!

Missed the boat on a pretty much everything out there for sale. Scurrying around on craigslist looking for weights, right now living where I do there's not much luck with finding anything. Everyone I have tried sourcing is out of stock. Maybe my state will be less of a little bitch and start opening up gyms, since gyms in hotels are somehow OK?
If I need my hair extensions I can get those though, those places are sure as fuck open. *facepalm*

Just went out to AZ to get some training in with my coach and all is progressing exactly as expected. We are right on schedule and planning to be under 215-210 by mid-March. Playing the long game this time and growing during this re-comp. Currently lifts are up and BF% continuously starts to drop. Don't know how much experience is had here with this but CJC/Ipamorelin and IGF1-LR3 are both unreal. CJC/IP for growth hormone pulsing and IGF1-LR3 produces some sick pumps - so intense they hurt.
All of the aforementioned are prescribed under the direction of a medical professional and are used strictly based on their prescription dosing. FWIW

I've used CJC/Ipam many times myself. Works quite well! Never tried to IGF, it's stupid expensive lol!
It's good to see Dr's are progressing in their medical approach. For too long they've stuck to processes/procedures from the 80's and 90's.

I was able to pick up the IGF1-LR3 for less than the CJC/IPAM (9MG/15MG dose). Look into some TX based companies like Evolve ;)
So far everything on my programming is happening as expected. The pumps/vascularity (paired with Pump Pro and depending the day - the energy pill from AnimalPak) are straight insane. This past year I have been able to average 2.5lb to 5lb increments on major lifts. Some lifts more, overall I've seen an increase over 250% from last year on strength and a reduction of 14% BF. I'll take anything I can get right now. lol
Just got my round of bloods done and I'm healthy AF right now - no markers high and nothing out of range. Continuing on and wrecking shit.

LOL I’m having a hard time just getting on TRT. If a girl wants to be a guy, she can get all the hormones she wants. If a guy wants to be a girl, he can have all the hormones he wants. If a girl doesn’t want to deal with that time of the month or is having hot flashes, boom, hormones. But if a guy, and I’m getting older, wants to just keep being a guy and doing what he loves, it’s a fight. I’ve worked ER for @24 years and never once had a patient come in because of a roid rage. What the hell is the problem? Hell, even insulin is an anabolic hormone.

PM me, you have a clinic very close to you I work with. They're solid guys and as long as you medically NEED TRT; they'll treat you. I buy my program for 6 months out, refilling my Rx at month 5, week 2. That way I'm never out. Whatever you want or need they have it. Like I said, PM me.

I should also say it was somewhat simple for me because I had my own blood-work pulled for months and my average total T was 92ng/dL due to true hypogonadism thanks to Klinefelter's syndrome. Sometimes when you get dealt cards at birth they're fucking awful cards. *shrug* HOWEVER, even being "on TRT" I still managed to knock up my wife thanks to HCG (little back story, Klinefelter's totally fucks your sperm count, motility, etc. etc. so this was amazing honestly). FWIW. *shrug x2*
