Just got done competing on Saturday. Didn't do nearly as good as I expected to do, but am now more motivated than ever to come back bigger and better than ever. I plan on using this next bulk to see some sick gains coming off of a contest diet for 16 weeks and using the rebound effect to pack on some serious muscle.
I stepped on stage at 174lbs and roughly 5% bodyfat. I'm gonna be bulking until I get back to 210 where I will stay for a few months before beginning another mini-cut cycle.
I've got some big goals this next bulk - bench 315 for reps, squat 405, and deadlift 500 for reps.
