Not at all. Both are naturally occuring in the body. I wouldn't go mega-dosing like G does, but normal doses should be just fine. Glad you're still on the grind, even with the little one on the way. As long as the doc says it's cool...rock on woman. You better listen when the doc gives the knock it off though!!!

It's been 10 years (!!) since I've posted on my journey. What a roller coaster of 10 years, too.
Anyway, started working with a trainer to improve my conditioning, so figured I'd hop back in here, too.
He did my baseline 1RMs the other day:
Squat: 205
Bench: 155
Deadlift: 295
OH Press: 100 - this is the one I'm most frustrated with. I hate having weak shoulders.
Also, need some help with supplement timing. I put in an order over the summer, but life/bar exam/kids got in the way of setting. a good routine. Here's what I have:
