What's up Animals! After a lil hiatus from the gym, and being busy as hell with school I'm back at it, refocused and ready to get it!! How's everyone? I_am_Matt, good to see a fellow lowcountry animal. I'm right up the road from Goose Creek, in Moncks Corner. I train at world fitness in G.C.(well now east shore).

A call to arms, an all points bulletin, everyone listen the fuck up. The Young One and I have been rocking it in Strongman and it's great. I'm glad to see a few new people on here. I want to setup another ABC as soon as I can I just need to know schedules of weekends, preferably Saturdays and if you want to do a straight bodybuilding type workout that will be the most balls to the wall kinda thing you've ever done, or a strongman workout, or a hybrid. Get back with me.

Me and my crew normally do strongman workouts Saturday morning starting at either 9 am or 12 pm at South Carolina Barbell. Let me know if you're interested in giving training a try and even competing.

I'm coming down with my family for a vacation. Been going to MB for about 18 years now. I'll be down there Aug 13-20. Just throwing it out there, but I'd be down to set up a session any day during that week.

Hey Agression you still coming down to Myrtle Beach? It would be sweet to get a small lift in, not sure though cause I am 4 hours away. All depends on how my work schedule is going to be, cause I have a buddy going to myrtle beach the same time frame so I might make a trip up there.

I signed up for this forum a long time ago, but I don't think I've ever posted. I am active on other forums, just a lurker here I guess.

In any case, just moved to Charleston (well, Folly Beach), and I lift at the James Island Gold's.
