[QUOTE=Toni69;506749]Lol...your a riot! Thanks for the support Toni. A year and a half ago I had no legs...just sticks in my opinion and that of my trainer. This is one of the few routines that I do that I do not deviate from. I do super/drop/giant sets on darn near every other body part but legs. The rest time between leg press and squat sets is somewhere around 3 minutes or so. Never really timed them but just shootin from the hip here. The only adjustment I make on legs is reaching for a certain feeling with a respectable weight and then increasing the reps until I feel comfortable enough to add more weight. For example. I have worked my way back up to 1300 pounds on press for a few sets of 15 and have recently incresaed it to 20 reps. On squats I worked my way back up to 405 lbs for a couple sets of 10 and recently upped it to between 12 and 15 reps. In my training, I try to reach deep into the muscle fibers rather than impressing everyone in the gym by adding more plates. This method has also kept me free from injury and my joints healthy. I am very impressed that your moving 215 lbs. for those kinds of reps for your size. There goes your body talking to you again. You have to listen. I'll check in on your progress.
