You know, I am never one to critize anyone else's disciplines BUT when I have a buck'50 pound, crossfitter come over and start talking to me about how I would be better off doing what he does in order to increase my overall strenght and size i should stop doing what i do. That crossfit is only second in size and strench to bodybuilding because of the steroids. Ignorance my friends, is brave.
Fuck those guys with their crappy Iphones in my gym! Man it just drives me fuckin nuts every time i see this bunch of Idiots in front of the dumbell area...Itīs Backday you are ready to kill it and wanna do some heavy Dumbell Rows but you canīt even get to the Dumbells because five tank top guys (with no legs at all/What is Leg Training??) sitting in front of the mirror on the banks are tipping on their Iphone, concentrated to the death but only have done one Set in one hour! That just sucks period. Stupid people are everywhere but when I see this in my gym I shake my head and have a hard time not to stuff their Iphones down their throat.

Again, I have nothing against other disciplines as to each its own really however to have the nerve to just, for no reason, and start bringing down what I live breath and die for its pretty fucking insane.
