Hey guys
I may have asked this before but:
I have real flat feet and my feet burn out before my calves when I work them, therefore I have puny ass calves. Also when I do seated calve raises I get the lymph nodes behind my knees bulging out, my legs go numb and I have to stop immediately. If I don't I cannot move my legs for 1 minute or so because they have this painful paralysis thing going on.
Anyone experience this? I don't want big thighs and no calves!
