i am a young BB. I have been lifting for a while but only started my BB journey a few months ago. since the start i have gained over 30 lb. of muscle and lost over 40 lb. of fat. 1 1/2 months ago i had trouble getting 295 off the floor and juts 3 days ago i got 365 up. my goal now is to get to 450. i know i can do it. im not sure how long its going to take, but i know im going to bust my ass until i can lift it. with my new back exercises i had went up 50 lbs in my deadlift in 2 weeks (from 315 once to 315 6 times and 365 once).
