I'm just glad we have found a good groove with the type of training we have been doing, it seems as if it's uphill almost every week. You were shaking that 350 around like a pissed off toddler with a rattle. Even the calves feel good and NO, we are not going to make a video called 15 minute calves even though that's what we did haha

I like the idea of going to a complete different exercise/body part to allow the focal body part to re-coop for the next exercise, I mean when I do my arms I go bi-tri-bi-tri-etc. but never thought about doing that with other routines/body parts!

****differences in weight were 315 for me most of the time (not 350 like Big man Wides) but *SMOKED THE 345* after going from a bar warm up to 135 to 225 to 315 then right to 345
sups were my standard shock therapy, intra aid but last night I just had a UniSyn shake and went to bed. Cals are my new friend as I need to add more than what I have been eating. Now for a day of crazy eating and a night off before LEGS Friday....damn I love this shit.
