      I'm just glad we have found a good groove with the type of training we have been doing, it seems as if it's uphill almost every week. You were shaking that 350 around like a pissed off toddler with a rattle. Even the calves feel good and NO, we are not going to make a video called 15 minute calves even though that's what we did haha

      Ouch!

      That is some serious frigen poundage being tossed around, especially the way it was done!

      I like the idea of going to a complete different exercise/body part to allow the focal body part to re-coop for the next exercise, I mean when I do my arms I go bi-tri-bi-tri-etc. but never thought about doing that with other routines/body parts!

      LEGS ON FRIDAY now that is wtf I am talking bout!!!!

      Like that would ever happen....

      Yeah man, mix it up with the other moves too but don't share this secret, because then everybody will be huge and we will have to get really serious.....

      If HG signs up, it must be interesting. No lack of that, I promise. You def put on some mass since the last time I saw you around. You might have to start adding letters to Hg (HUgE)

      J is one of these guys who's upper arms are larger in circumference than his head! LOL! He is a bulk of bulges. It's true, I lie not. That Cage shirt wasn't hiding anything at the DE PL meet.

      One of the reasons we did not have to talk a whole lot at the DE PL Meet. You , me, Wides and Big Al could just sit around grunting and we would all be on the same page with perfect comprehension haha! 4 peas in a big fucking pod.
