Howdy folks....
It's been a while since I have posted, but a lot has been going on.
I haven't been lifting like I would like due to family and job obligations... Not to mention the fact that The Gym (my family's place) was forced to shut down... The building owner sold it out from under us, but my stepson is already under way to reopen a new location, with a new name Elite Strength and Power.
The good news is today I got a decent workout in at the hotel gym that I am staying at!
I have been putting in the miles running nearly every day, but I can't wait to get my hands back into the iron on a daily basis.
