I eat plenty, and my protein intake is good. I jus wanna progress even more than where I'm at now.
I know bro, I wasnt trying to be a prick. But you put in your original post that you are a teen. And any teen should focus solely on a good multi and just flat out eating. Possibly creatine, but your body is producing so many hormones that you should grow like a madman with proper nutrition.

Thats one of the reasons why i was asking bc i hav long grueling training sessions and i need something to give me an edge. I tried animal pump for a month and i trained like an animal literally. Then my body sadly got use to the supp.
