Alright I'm putting out an official notice that the Dayton/Cincy gents and myself have an ABC in the works for June 27th at Eaton Barbell!

I wanna get a feel for who all on the Forvm would be interested and thinks they could make it. Not only that, but the idea is up in the air to follow this ABC with a "pool party" and BBQ. We wanted to get some feedback on that idea. Weren't sure how many people would be comfortable in their swimming gear.

Keep an eye out though! This is the date we're aiming for and it's in the works for two (maybe more) Animal athletes to make the trek out.

Where: The Body Shop
Located in Yorkville, Ohio

Time: 12:00 to ???

PWO Meal : To be decided by those wishing to partake

If you are attending/competing at the show or a member at the Shop, attendance is free... All others $5

Thanks to everyone that made it out to the ABC this weekend... We have a great group here in Ohio, travelling to support one another, and I appreciate each and every one of you that are putting in the time to spread the word and share your experiences with others!!

Mikel, Steve, CoCo, and Jimmy made it up from Dayton/Cincy area and Michael made it in from Pittsburgh, so that was really cool.... Thanks for the support...

I know we have a couple more that are interested and signed up, so it's working... People see what and who we are and why we are still here... GREAT JOB!!

I connected with a couple gym owners this weekend also and have a couple in the works for the CLE and PIT area, along with another here local in Steubenville....

2016 is going to be busy!!! ((In a good way of course....)

Here we go again folks!!!

This ABC is the 7th annual post NPC MAGP/WV ABC ((always held the day after the show))... A few of our Forvm members are planning on doing the show (myself included) so I hope to have those members of the Legion there to represent... Hint hint...lol

The ABC turned out quite well yesterday... I had IFBB Pro Chuck Lyons stop by and talk with some of the new "kids" at the gym. They have been working hard in the gym and wanted to be there for the ABC. Chuck answered questions, helped them with their form on some exercises, and gave them some great inspiration and motivation in the gym. I am very thankful that he was able to make it!! The others there were the cast of usual suspects...lol Missed our Cincy Crew that usually makes the trek (the guys were asking about you all!!) Overall, the ABC was a success and will be posting up pics here soon to the FB invite and on other social media!!! Thanks to all who came out!!

Looked like a good turn out, like I said on FB it was good to see some young ones in the group, encouraging and cool to see new people.

It was a nice turn out... We have some young guns at the gym that have been training together and I think this lit the fire with them. The one boy already had an Animal shirt, has it cut up, and wears it everyday... After this, I'm sure he's hooked!! I'm so glad that Chuck came by to talk with them also... He has already said that he's on board for next year!!!

I'm going to try to get some of my junior high and high school kids to come and see what it's all about. I have some that are getting interested in lifting and I want to make sure that they get some good information from those in the know... I'd love to see some of the Animal Family at this ABC to share some stories and knowledge.

Thanks to all of those that came out yesterday!!! We had a nice little turnout and I can't tell you how much it means to have such awesome folks in my corner!!! A special thank you to The Body Shop for housing us, to IFBB Pro Charles (Chuck) Lyons and NQ Bber Steve Spaulding for answering questions and inspiring my kiddos!! 💙

Hi Deanna, any ABC events near Dayton, OH coming up? I'd like to join in or help host if possible. I can probably ask some gyms around the area if they would be willing to host. There is an old school Powerstation gym in Middletown, OH that would be perfect. Thanks and please let me know.

We've had ABCs at Powerstation before, AWESOME GYM and Mike is a stand up guy!! I am actually visiting down there this weekend, and will be training at PS on Sunday!!

I am working with a gentleman to set one up at Pacifico's, but it's not until April... I'm going to talk with him at a Push pull that he's sponsoring on Saturday (at Englewood Y)... MAB and I can put our heads together and talk with Mike this weekend about throwing something together in the next couple months!!

You should head over to PS and train with us on Sunday, we can make it an impromptu ABC!!!
