beans are good carbs because they are full of fiber which slows digestion. this doesn tmean baked beans..hah Dont overdo it though, carbs can make or break your diet.

well i was planning on adding some beans to my lean ground beef.
the beans are red i dunno wat kind but they have like 27 grams of carbs and 8 grams of fibre and 7 grams of protein. my body doesnt do well with carbs tho so i dunno if i should be eating them.
As long as they arent loaded with sugar you should be good to go. In other words, dont eat baked beans that are smothered in the brown sugar sauce, just get regular old beans. One of my favs; Beans and rice with a bit of chipotle seasoning... money.
