Yeah buddy. Strength is really shooting up on this stack. Still about 2 weeks to go with it. Gonna be a solid 2 weeks.

Anytime bro. We moved the outdoor bar onto the deck, its a nice little area now. Outdoor speakers, an outdoor bar with 4 stools, some newly planted landscaping, overlooking our pool. Not too bad, my friend. We'll have to have a beer out there before I start dieting!

Since I separate quads/hams, I just took the quad exercises and ran with it. The hack squat was being used when I was finished with extensions, so I took the next best thing. BTW, I've done that exact workout before. It is NO JOKE. If anyone hits legs as a whole on the same day, do that routine next time around ...

Hell yeah, it is. I'll be hitting arms as well. Friday is my arm day, so I usually just bump them back a day for ABC purposes. I'm assuming you'll want in, haha. Definitely bro. My roommate Jay is also attending his first ABC, and he's got arms on the menu. Looks like we're all going to be throwing around some big weight in a few days ...

Same exact time that you posted your workout. Thats pretty weird man. Looks good with the pre-exhaust going on. A lot of incline work too, getting that upper chest to pop.
