Deadlifts
Squat Accessory Movement
~2 finishers
Day3
Bench Press
Bench/Standing BB Press Accessory
~2 finishers
Day4
Squats
Deadlift Accessory
~2 finishers
That's how its going. High volume, reps, singles, supersets, rest/pauses, etc. I'm implementing all of 'em, at various times. Feeling good lately. If anything worthy happens, I'll let you guys now. Otherwise, for now, I won't bore you with the mediocrity of posting each and every single workout.
