Yeah B. I spent a few early years benching all wrong. After doing 285 for sets of 4, I had to correct my form, drop back down to lighter weight and its been an uphill battle since then. But I'm progressing and that's all I can ask for ..

Yeah, I had a sick chest workout tonight. Entered the gym around 7:45pm and was told that they were closing early, 9pm, instead of 11pm. This pissed us off. We knew traps and abs would not have their place in the workout tonight. So we put everything we had into our chest. FUCK YEAH.

*First time in 4 years I repped 275. Four years ago, I was the asshole bench presser using the legs, shoulders, triceps and back to press up the weight. After re-learning the bench press, I worked my way back up and successfully pressed up 275 for 3 clean reps and another with a slight spot. AWESOME. Getting fucking large and in charge here.

Torrent+BCAA Max Post
*Went at it again solo tonight. Training partner fell ill. Started off with regular floor deads. Aside from doing them 2 weeks ago at the end of the w/o, I haven't done these in about a year. Threw up 315x10 pretty easy. Then tried 405: I got 1 rep and racked it. I had a bad initial pull from the floor, so I didn't want to risk it. Overall, it was a very intense workout. Very pleased.

Thanks E. Its a strong point, that's for sure. Hell yeah. As I grow bigger/stronger, I get more anxious to diet down. Seeing all this new growth and strength coming in, I try to picture what it's all going to look like once I start my diet. I can't wait.

Agreed. It was more of me just not getting that 'pop' off the floor. And for me, that always messes up my rhythm. I knew it threw me off and I wouldn't have been able to get another rep cleanly.

SP Multi-V: one w/ breakfast, one w/ dinner
Omega: 1 pack with 2nd meal
Uni-liver: 2 tabs w/ 3 meals = 6 total
Natural Sterol Complex: a few pills here and there
EAA Stack: 1-2 servings per day
Shock Therapy: 1-2x/week
Storm: used on off-days and non-ST days.
Animal TEST: 1 pack pre workout (3 weeks left)
SP BCAA Max: 2 caps pre, 2-4 caps post workout

Pretty much all the other big name ones. I feel like I still have so much left and have been using it for months. And it isn't really loosing its effects on me like others usually do. I still take just 1 scoop and I am fired up like no other.

I got the grape joint. Yeah, me and my brother split it and we've had it for over a month. I only use it for chest days, and sometimes delts/arms if I'm feeling frisky. On the other days, I just use Storm pre workout. I feel that this way I won't get accustomed to the stuff. I feel I only need that 'extra' power for chest days, as it's my weak point. Everything else gets a hardcore pump naturally, so its all good.
If you're gonna hate, use proper grammar bitch (weak, not week) haha. Yeah, it doesn't get as much traffic over there. I'm just doing that for a review log for Animal Test. Personally, I love AT bro. It's amazing. I feel like an absolute monster in the gym. Attitude, strength, endurance, and reps have all shot up. It's great, and I still have 3 more weeks. I can't wait to stack this with M-stak. 250lbs here I come!

Not yet. That might have to be next month's purchase. I was initially going to hit up Animal Pump again though. So we'll see what happens. Without any cycled products, I'm going to need to fill that void for a 'pak' pre workout haha
