Dude, this isnt something you can plan for. Its all indvidual, you don't know how much water you'll be holding before you dry out, how the foods you'll be eating will effect your water rentention, stress, and all the other varibles that come into play at that time of the comp. prep. Just stick to your plan of your prep, put your time in, do the work needed and it come full circle come stage time.

From my first show that I did I cut my water intake drastically from 2 gal to 1 then to 32 oz, 24, 16 then 8. Showed up the morning of swollen in a bad way. Had some water in between shows and it did wonders. There is no answer for this question b/c you'll be different then the next guy..good luck
