1. Squats ATG-- Go deep and watch your quads blow up!
2. Front Squats
3. Leg press-- So heavy the room spins when you finish a set!
4. SLDL or Romainan Deadlifts- whichever cuases the least back pain for you. I rotate both!
5. Lying leg curls
Those are my top five, but I also throw in hack squats, lunges BB and DB for variety from time to time. Vary your foot positioning in all of these exercises too to be sure you hit the legs from all directions.
