Well,Excessive is back.Ill be checking in periodically once i get a laptop,Eta 2 weeks.
Im graduating Basic Training tommorow.How exciting.I just got my cell back,so feel free to hit me up.
Basic was easy.Too easy.The only highlights of hard times were the 10,12,and 17 k road march w/ full battle rattle,and a 70 pound ruck.I got "smoked" plenty of times,but hell pt is free.Ill be honest,i didnt push myself too hard.I couldnt afford messin my shoulder up,but i ended up doing that anyway.Im good now.My pushups and situps havent changed much.Stuck at about 63 pushups,and near 80 situps.My Pt tests sucked though,highest i scored was 56 pushups 65 situps.Mind you its a 415 am freezing weather on an empty stomach,lol.I improved my run a bit.I got a 15:08 (45 second drop from when i took my first pt test).On a good day im sure i can get high 14's.
Im anxious to get to ait,get settled in so i can start lifting again.Ill be arriving at ft.leonardwood friday night.(ill take about 6 days of rest tho,so i start fresh).Lifting wasnt really on my mind at all,but now it is.All i thought about thru basic was sleep,haha.Im at a hotel with a buddy and his wife.They signed me out for family day.Guess what the first thing i did was.Drink a monster,and hit the crappy weightroom.Some bodysolid machine equipment thing.I put some work into my chest and lats.
Well,thats it for now.Guess ill put more up when i get settled with a laptop.Hope everyone is doing well.
