Alright brothers and sisters, as the title states, it's time to get serious!
I just took a week off to rest and recharge and I am ready to hoist some Iron!
Right now it's all about putting on some size and steadily upping my strength.
So for now expect some serious eating and heavy lifting going on up in here!
I will be weighing myself weekly and posting up my meals starting tomorrow, as always
support is appreciated!
Just a quick overview:
Diet: a shit load of food!
New routine:
Workout A
Squat 2x5, back off
Pullover 1x20
Weighted dips 3x8
Barbell rows 3x8
Abs
Workout B
Deadlift 2x5, back off
One arm db press 3x5
Power shrugs 3x8
Barbell curls 2xf
Abs
I will be rotating these three times a week. Basically the idea here is to still consistently build strength, by incorporating both low reps and high rep back off sets on the squat and pull, but at the same time I am including some things to specifically help pack on the mass. I've been doing some thinking over this last week and I don't want to get too caught up in the numbers and just focus on good form, and let the weight pile on over time.
