8AM- Pak w/ Breakfast
615pm- Small preworkout meal
700pm - pre workout protein Shake w/ 20grams of glycomaize.
720pm- Stak 2
750pm- Pump
805pm - GYM
930PM- Whey w/ 1/2 scoop of grounded oats, 40grams of glycomaize, and Banana.
Should I take nitro with the pwo shake or when should I take nitro? Do you think it is more beneficial if I drop my post workout shake and take Torrent? Feel free to suggest any supplement in.
