Guess whos back? I am gonna go back to trying to keep updated on this shit.
Most of yall know me since i have been here since opening day. Not to long ago i shoved my head up my ass and screwed my shit up here cuz of a event that left a sour taste in my mouth. But moving along, For those who dont know, my name is Michael Maharg. Im soon to be 19, weighing around 205-209 any given day, an hoping to drop to 185 over the next couple months. I am finishing up my paperwork with United States Air Force, so i can hopefully try out for Pararescue, and if that dont work out, Security Forces. I am a jack of all trades kinda lifter, i like powerlifting, body building, and Strongman. In fact i am signed up to compete in a Strongman event in April if all things work out. Right now i am on a power kick, doing a mix of low reps on the main movement, then a body building style for the rest of the work out. I am also joining the local MMA gym when it opens up, so i will be getting back into wrestling and Boxing to help with cardio.
So far, my best lifts are 500 on squat, and 425x2 on deads, which i suck at. Just hit a Pr on bench today, so lets get to the workout.
