Over the winter and holidays I have gained a good amount of weight, but also strength as well. Now its time to clean up the diet and get focused to cut it all up. I am gradually easing into this at the present time. This is more for me to watch my progress and to keep motavated. I will welcome any advice or constructive critisim. I am not training for any competition at the present time so don't critique my diet too harshly. I'm going to post my stats really quick, but I'm more concerned about obtaining an equal physique than trying to heave up heavy weights each workout. However, I still do alot of powerlifting movements in my workouts.
Currently: 200lbs, heaviest 235lbs, lightest 185lbs.
Maxes: Bench-405lbs (1), Squat 550lbs (3), Deadlifts 600lbs (1).
My starting out supplements are: Pak, Cuts, Generic BCAA+beta alanine, Storm, Universal Creatine, Bulk Chocolate whey protein, and generic energy drinks I buy at walmart.
Goals: loose some weight and make all body parts equal..
