Effe'd up my left shoulder last Monday. Spent the last few days getting medical advice and the word from the doc is partial tears in the rotator cuff. For the next few weeks, will be undergoing some PT work and will be out from doing benchpress or mil press work. Currently, shoulder is still pretty sore and inflamed, taking some meds to handle that. Never thought that a rotator cuff injury would be this painful and limiting. Its not really a sharp pain but more of a continuous, bugging dull ache that goes on and on.
Gotta get more creative in doing workouts with only one arm..........this should be interesting.
I havent been to the gym in 3 weeks. It really hurts to say it but its true. Had so much work to do, then ran to Hong Kong for a a few days vacation. Caught a nasty bug there. The usual colds, cough and some insanely high fever temps that lasted a week and now am being tested for dengue. I'm so bored I could cry, but at least, Im not bleeding......yet. Still have some tests to run. Wish me luck.
