I'm 32, been lifting on and off during the years. For the last 2 some years, I didn't do much in terms of training, cause I moved to Dubai for good (Work).
Recently I gathered all that iron enthusiasm again and start working out. It's about 13 weeks now. My initial and current stack was/is
- Animal Pak
- Animal Pump
- Animal Whey
- Carbo Plus
- Universal Glutamine
- Universal Zma
- Universal Creatine (Like to have extra on hand, plus had a good deal from a local distributor)
I have a question which involves my routine, intermittent fasting (1st week), and the timing on when to take the STACK.
1) My last meal of the day is at 8:00 PM. I'm on 16hours of Intermittent fasting circle, that allows me to have my first meal at 12:00 PM the next day.
2) My workout is at 9:00 am (50mins approx lifting, and 35mins cardio Low/High Intensity).
Heres my question.
I'm hitting the gym around 9ish, and getting out my 10:30 (10mins up/down).
1) Is it fine to take Animal Pak and Pump all together on an empty stomach? Given, PAK has around 40 calories. Will it affect my fasting circle?
2) Technically I can't have my first meal before 12:00 PM. But I really need to have my Post Work out shake (Animal Whey 2 scoops + Glutamine 10g + Carbo Plus 2 scoops + Creatine 5gm). Do you think is it fine to take the Post-Meal right after a workout?, and then have a whole meal around 12:00 PM (Oats, Whey, Blueberries, 8 Egg Whites)?
Any help and suggestion are much appreciated.
