Alright brothers,
Making this journey has been a long time coming. I joined this site about 7 months ago. Since that time I have grown considerably stronger both physically and mentally. My first post on this site was as a scared boy who could barely step foot into the weight room without being nervous. I was 6'3" tall, and weighing in at 135 pounds soaking wet. My squat was 95 pounds, bench naught by the bar, and my dead was 135 for one bad rep. I stand before you now brothers tipping the scales at 167 pounds. My squat exploded up to 285, my bench 125, and I'm pulling 265 from the floor now. Reading this forum has inspired me so much. I thank everyone here for so much courage and determination. You guys give me strength.
My goal is to add 5 pounds to all of my lifts every two weeks. This is not a goal that I will try and do. This one that i Will do. No excuses.
