First off a lil' insight for ya.. The Box is my own gym, basically my garage that I converted into my tools for the trade.. no machines, no mirrors, no F'n around.. just 900lbs. of free-weights, a squat rack, olympic adjustable bench, and a big square of 4 rubber mats to help insure I don't fall and split my dome.. I believe solely in the basics.. call it old school but that's just the way I do it, that's how I was taught and that's how it will be til' it's time to go.. period.... I've been trainin' since I was 23 back in December of '87' (yeah, 22 years, LoL).. and actually feel better now then I did back then........sometimes.......LoL!..Power-building is how i'd describe what I do.. I like to go heavy but at the same time also like reps for burn, but that doesn't mean backing off the weight, follow me ??.. I decided to log here at AP cuz it's got that no nonsense feel, very black-n-white and to the point.. I dig that.. So anyways that's a lil' tiny bit of me 4ya, and just so ya don't get confused IF ya read my daily entries, I use HELLU' abbreviations.. if ya can't figure out what something is just hit me up and i'll give ya insight.
