I agree 100% I am currently training my 17 year old cousin and the setup he is currently on is- chest and Bi's, Back and Tri's, legs and shoulders. The training I do is not good for the goals he is looking for. So no beginning lifters will never get that sort of advice from me, if a few years down the road my cousin tells me he wants to start powerlifting, then we will switch gears. Until then the basics will suit him just fine.
