yeahh by the end i was makin the kinda noise that the whole gym was staring...or maybe it was the lightWEIGHT babayyyyy.
I'm feeling some better today, my body seems to be quickly adjusting to the drop in carbs

ALL my bloating is gone, it's crazy. Also, I felt like I was living in a haze yesterday, and today i'd say that's about 50% gone..I'm tired, but that could be from two nights of 6 hours of sleep.
Over all, I'm feeling great, and my shoulders, which i usually hate, are looking some better due to my decreased waistline. Crazy what an optical illusion it all is!

I'm looking at ways I can tweak my diet, maybe add in some carbs, with a little less fat..I'm so tired all the time, and yesterday's leg workout felt pretty subpar
Weighed in at 190.8 cold today, down about 4 lbs..alot of water. More cuts are definitely noticable, especially my lower chest, abs, and bicep/delt tie-ins

There are plenty of pre-contest diets that include carbs, and a reasonable amount at that. Maybe you should go the low-fat route instead of the low-carb route.

thanks for the input bro. what i've realized though, with all of my food allergies (mostly to carb-related stuff), is that carbs aren't exactly what i need alot of. i'm trying today to keep my cals the same, except eat as much salad as i want, which will add some carbs, and i'm just counting the dressing towards my fat. gonna see if this route works.

already ordered the pump, got one can of it so i can get off NO and creatine two weeks out. But yeah that might have been a good idea, but i already ordered, and i couldnt spring for any more supps..we'll see how it goes i guess. first show's all about experimentation

I switched up my diet some: Lowered fat, and brought up carbs by 55g for a net cal increase of 100. Has me feeling a little better so far today, not as tired, though i was still out like a light in management theory class.

The diet's still going pretty well. I'm down a notch in my lifting belt, which is a good sign. I'm not sure what to do with my carbs right now, i'm feeling a little more bloated since i upped them again..maybe it's because i ran out of salad the last couple days so i've been adding 2oz sweet potato.
I'm thinking about upping my cardio to 4 or 5 times a week instead of 3.
