Well...I want to confess a little snack that I have in the evenings before I go to bed. It's Milk (usually 1% or 2%) and a handful of Peanut M&M's. Now I usually have this at least 2-4 times a week at night right before I go to bed. I've probably been doing this for 10 or 12 years. It's almost like a habit. My metabolism is pretty good so I have never gained weight from it. But I guess as I am in sort of a bulking stage right now I guess I am trying to defend it as I am getting my milk nutrition in, also protein from the peanuts. Now, where the junk comes in is the chocolate and the candy shell. Gotta be some nutrition in there somewhere right?...hahaha
So do any of you guys have a snack such as this?
