Okay Usually it takes me like an hour and 15 min to get my back done. but with Project C i was done in 45 min and kicked ass. I had hardly any need to rest between sets cuz i wasnt tired. this is what it looked like.
Pull ups: 100
after my first 20 i didnt feel anything so i threw on the weight belt with a 25lbs and knocked out 80 more. Good pump after this.

close grip pull downs

bent over rows
205 lbs 4x10
cardio was done in the early AM for 45min.
