The leg press was done without any rest between sets... I've done these before up to 6pps.. not sure what happened today. Had to rack it a few times to get the reps.. but didn't get up from machine. Last set was a killer... had to sit there a while, trying to remember how to walk.. LOL
Jumped on the scaled today.. and I'm down another pound. Forgot my shorts so I didn't get any cardio done at hotel, but did about 10 sets of abs.. so it wasn't a complete loss.
