Rage, update. Weighed myself tonight after the WO and i'm down two pounds in the past three days. Wanted to ask you about fruits and veggies. What's acceptable if anything?
I like weights. You know where you stand with them. Well, sometimes you're lying under them, trying not to let them crush you, but you see, you KNOW they'd crush you if they could. There's honesty.

Nice! That diet works very well for most people I put on it. In fact, I'll post it sometime today for everyone to take a look at. The diet is a basic starting point that I make adjustments to based on the individual. As far as the fruits and veggies, the fruits you'll have to stay away from. Green veggies such as asparagus, lettuce, green peppers and cucumbers are perfect. You can back fill with them as much as you want.
I put my guys on Top Sirloin, 1 serving in the am, so that the body has time to work it off throughout the day. My diet puts the fattier meats in the am and gets leaner as the day progresses. I use white fish (cod/talapia/tuna/flounder) or chicken for the majority of the meals after the top. Up to the tastes of the individual as far as which they choose to use throughout the rest of the day.
Wait till you guys see B Con's final pics. His contest pics are being done tomorrow and this is a guy who followed my diet and had the discipline to see it all the way through. He has trained very hard for this event and it has really paid off. I'll have him post a few pics over here when he's done. Incredible example of what can be done.

I'm excited to see the end result. I have talked to him almost daily and can say he has definitely worked his ass off! He is someone I truly consider a brother and he is a warrior. I'm sure we will all be blown away when we see the end result.

Ok boss you had me switching back and forth between BB bench press and DB flat bench press. Would u say i should switch back to DB press because i can hit the chest muscle fibers a whole lot better because of the R.o.m.

Stick with the DB's Nick. When you lower them down, get a good depth to the point where the DB comes into the armpit even and squeeze at the top. Your pecs won't know what hit them. Here's a vid to demonstrate...

Stick with the DB's Nick. When you lower them down, get a good depth to the point where the DB comes into the armpit even and squeeze at the top. Your pecs won't know what hit them. Here's a vid to demonstrate...
