      No shortcuts home.

      Alright fellas, I feel it's time for a new chapter in my training.

      Those of you who have followed me know that I train for strength, and I believe that strength gains are the key to mass gains. And most of you probably also know that I'm venturing into bodybuilding, and working on developing my physique.

      So right now it's a combination of both strength and mass gains.

      Don't think for one second that just because I've geared my training more towards bodybuilding that I'm sitting there pumping away on 20 lb dumbbells going for a a pump, no, I'm working my fucking ass off.

      Heavy weights, high/forced reps, madness.

      I literally almost puked towards the end of my workout.

      Here's what went down today:

      Weight is relavent, might not be too much but put it this way it is heavy enough to build up some lactic acid and inflict pain on my body lol.

      Also hit up some extra work for the back and bis.

      For those of you who don't know I'm working with Iron Addict, and per him I cannot post my full routine, so that is why I just post highlights and generalizations.

      Aside from today's session it's worth mentioning the title to this journey is inspired by one of my favorite songs to train to, Survivor-No easy way out, and what "no shortcuts home" means to me is there are no shortcuts in this game. I want to to develop my body and get brute strong, and there simply is no fucking easy way to do that.

      You have got to put in the work, and you get what you give. Take shortcuts and expect to get cut off.

      Put in the necessary work and you will reach your goals.

      Well today has basically been a cheat day, I eat freely on the weekends.

      Had my usual 1k calorie shake upon waking, which also has about 75 grams of protein and 90+ carbs.

      Then I had a New York steak with four eggs and some toast.

      Afterward I hit up a Mexican restaraunt and had chicken enchiladas with rice and beans, and a salad.

      Then I just had some beef tamales.

      Feeling pretty good and bloated right now, and am thinking about having some more steak and eggs later on this evening.

      Had a good session bros.

      6 sets of 12 with 45s on DB floor presses, 4 sets of 10 with 35s on flyes, and also worked on my tris and shoulders.

      My chest, delts, and tris are feeling good and tight.

      damn 207??...shit last i left u were around 217-220 i think...but yes...BB..thats the shizznettt for shizzle...anyways i've been trying to do variations of both strength and BB...i've been doin it for 2 months now...i see slow results in strength...but i did loose some fat in the process....with ur dedication u should see faster results.
