my name is rashawn can anyone give me a good stength/mass rountine bc i really wanna reach my 300 bench by september im benching 280 285 im 16 turning 17 soon
Follow the program exactly how its laid out, eat alot, and your bench and also your other lifts will increase.
If you want to look like a bodybuilder, that's fine with me. That is a matter for you to discuss with your God and your psychologist. But even a bodybuilder is a novice strength trainee until he's an intermediate. The fastest way to gain muscular bodyweight -- the supposed goal of a bodybuilder -- is with a linear progression on the basic barbell exercises. And 5s are the way this progression works best.

Of course it is. Do some research, there are plenty of great routines. Look under training,schools then click the pit. Also if your benching 285 right now, 300 by september should be pretty easy for you.

You should be able to get 300 or be pretty damn close. You should not max out every week though. Westside is awesome but it involves bands,chains, and a lot of other shit that I know nothing about....yet. I've been training as old school as you can get and I now can bench 315 for 15. Don't forget to train everything else just as hard. You don't HAVE to do Westside but it is a great program. Again, soak up as much knowledge as you can and EAT EAT EAT!!!

Dude I can't tell you what your max is. If you want to know your max then max out. It's not that hard. If I had to guess it would be around 300 if you can bench 225 for 10. Remember that maxing is very mental, don't let that 300 number get in your head, it's just a number.

your using gh max? idk if thats a good supplement for a young one, but i dont know....Animals any help here? is this supp good?
your using m-stak? ohhh yeaaaahhhh that supplement will get you stronger....only if you eat alot, and i mean a solid 5-7 meals, without the the nutrients m-stak's abilities just dont work, so remember to eat alot of protein and complex carbs and youl be fine, 300 should be attainable, oh and i used a 1 rep max caculator and if you can do 225 for 10 or 11 your max is 298 lol

Are you going for more of a Powerlifting routine or a Bodybuilding routine? if you are going to start actually powerlifting, then westside is great. if not, don't bother.

what are your long term goals bro.... yo gunna PL like Rc asked or you looking to get your swoll on?? thing is theres alotta ways to get thru this ....your lookin at 20 pds on your bench if your maxing at 280 then try a 5x5 method with about 70% of your max ... also bench has alotta components it might not just be your press matbe ya lats need some work to stabalize or your tris... so fiddle with it ...
Never be ashamed if u had a plan, and couldn't go the whole 9 yards, means u brought it and next time try an finish it. Theres nothing worse then getting thru a W/O and think "that it"? because u pussied out sumwhere.If u aint sore means u coulda gone harder
