So its 10:30 and I just got home. I'm currently in a bulking stage and was pretty hungry even tho I had my 6 set meals today. So I opened the fridge and ended up eating half a melon, and drinking a quart of OJ. Now did I just make a huge mistake? Or is it chill to snack/inhale some food later on in the night?? And wat do u guys do when u feel ridiculously hungry but its not meal time?? Also wat do some of u carry for "snacks" throughout the day??
