So it my friends birthday the other day and we decided to have a couple of ppl over and do a good ol' fashion bbq. Now we had our essentials, chicken, some veg, pasta salad steaks, plenty of bottle water chips for the non-nutritional freaks and some other stuff. Now we did the chicken a couple different ways, some with italian dressing, some plain, some marinated etc. Now while we were kicking it by the pool I couldn't help but think this can't b too healthy. Now I myself, am bulking so I wasn't to worried with all the chicken I was inhaling. But I was just wondering wat u guys ate a bbq's...Do u moderate yourselves?? Wat r some of ur favorite recipes u guys do up during the summer months...and wat foods do u guys normally consume at bbq's??
