Sup fellas im coming off a bulk i gained allot of muscle but also some fat and now i want to get ripped/shredded im going to try out a keto diet i calculated the fats and protein so it fits in and below 20 grams of carbs... plz dont tell me that im to young for the iron been doing it for 3 years now. Can i loose 20 lbs in 4-6 weeks in if eat clean like my diet bellow and do cardio 5x a week ?
my diet/plan:
4:30 – Animal cuts followed by 35 min of cardio(biking,or running )
6:00 – protein shake (isolate whey)
7:00 – 2whole eggs, tuna, tbps extra virgin olive oil, and Animal Pak
10:0 – 11 oz almonds, 31 grams whey shake
1:00 – 2 chicken thigs, 1 tbps extra virgin olive oil 11 almonds
2:30- Animal nitro
4:00 – Gym and after lifting i do cardio (running) for 30 min
6:00 – another protein shake
7:00 – tunna with 1 oz spinach, 1 tbps extra virgin olive oil
Before bed- 31 grams whey protein
