      Tightening My Belt

      Before I get started, I want to thank Universal, Rage, and the judges for such a great opportunity.

      Here are my before photos:

      Here are my stats:
      Height: 6ft
      Weight: 195
      BF%: 14.6%

      For those of you who know me from New York Minute. This is going be a little different. I'm a bit of a volume kind of a guy, but I am going to follow Rage's workouts. But I think I might keep my Ab routine, though the pictures may not show it, it's working for me.

      Diet/Workout wise: Rage laid it out for us. So I am going follow his advice.

      Cardio wise: 30 mins pre-eating, 30 mins post-workout. Will add 5 mins to each cardio session each week til that hits basically whatever rage tells us... That 2-3 hr a day thing is going to be a challenge, and something tells me rage wasn't joking...

      Supplement wise: Cuts pre-am cardio, Pak w/meal 1, Omega w/meal 3, Cuts pre-workout, Nitro post-workout, Flex w/meal 5. 2-3 Uni-liver with every other meal. CoQ10 will still be integrated as I go. Will check with our boy rage if I think about adding other supps.

      Oh and a big what's up to the members of the Red Team.

      Yellow team, I'm looking forward to some healthy competition.

      5 eggs
      1 scoop just whey
      1/2 cup oatmeal

      I'm easing into the diet

      Meal 2
      1/4 cup brown rice
      1/2 cup grilled chicken

      Planning on starting Rage's lift schedule tonight followed by low intensity cardio and the steam room...

      Planning on adding cuts this Monday... I just ended a cycle 3-4 days ago, wanna give a bit of a rest...

      nice looking leg workout! yes, those sets of 50 are a real bitch.....since I have been on this routine for a few weeks now, you do start to get used to them.....hit legs myself tonight.....and I still can't walk for shit!!! let's get Team Red movin'!! good luck, bro....will be here pushing you hard.....
