For those of you who know me from New York Minute. This is going be a little different. I'm a bit of a volume kind of a guy, but I am going to follow Rage's workouts. But I think I might keep my Ab routine, though the pictures may not show it, it's working for me.
Diet/Workout wise: Rage laid it out for us. So I am going follow his advice.
Cardio wise: 30 mins pre-eating, 30 mins post-workout. Will add 5 mins to each cardio session each week til that hits basically whatever rage tells us... That 2-3 hr a day thing is going to be a challenge, and something tells me rage wasn't joking...
Supplement wise: Cuts pre-am cardio, Pak w/meal 1, Omega w/meal 3, Cuts pre-workout, Nitro post-workout, Flex w/meal 5. 2-3 Uni-liver with every other meal. CoQ10 will still be integrated as I go. Will check with our boy rage if I think about adding other supps.
