Flat Bench 135x20 185x20 Got a little dizzy, so I cut off a set. I do these in a powerlifting stance, new for me, so I'm usung an extra wide grip as well.

Curl Machine (Its like a preacher bench with a mechanical arm) 50x10 75x10 100x6^50x6

PL Grip Machine 100x10 200x10 245x10 270x10 Going to have to change these soon, I can no longer sit on the bench with the weight I'm using. I put a 100lb plate on the bottom of the machine to keep it on the floor, but now that I'm using plates way above my body weight, I don't have enough leverage to do the exercise properly. From now on I'm going to
do these one hand at a time. I'm just about to the point where I can't fit anymore weight on the loading pin anyway lol.

That french toast was just too tempting today so I had two pieces with my usual four HB eggs and oatmeal. When I was in line, the guy in front of me decided to put some brown sugar on his bowl of oatmeal, took that big ol spoon and plopped about six ounces on top of his bowl. Ick.
