Powder vs. caps. Thatīs the only difference.
I actually prefer the caps as they are easier to bring to the gym, more convenient to dose and also free of artificial additives. Like you said, you are already taking FURY, BCAA Stack and so on... On top of that I really wouldnīt want to add another sweetened drink. It just gets too much at some point.

And yes. Of course the powder form is a little faster absorbed. But thatīs only of minor importance. The caps dissolve pretty fast.

thanks Rex!! i appreciate it. im trying to stay as anabolic as possible around the workout without taking in too much sugar.

also i prefer taking packs over powder for the most part , but i love drinking bcaa intra as a nice change and tastes so damn good.

EAA's in science have been shown to be superior for intra-workout. So yes always opt for a EAA if possible.

Common sense says you need all essential amino acids to build muscle rather than only 3 of them.

Yup. I agree, but Leucine on its own can do a lot for spiking MPS after it reaches it refractory stages between meals spaced 4-6 hours apart, and is important to reach a leucine threshold at each protein bolus.

From what I've read if the leucine isn't in its natural EAA state with the other aminos present the absorption rate is reduced. Precisely why so many people recommend EAA's.

I guess you could add additional leucine to your EAA's? Might be overkill but who knows!

I know it's been answered; but the biggest difference Nitro is still being produced and EAA Stack isn't lol. I had asked recently about EAA Stack and J-Dawg informed me they've stopped making it (I didn't realized it, as I've been buying Nitro for so long).

I'm looking for any suggestions you guys might have for me.
To start, this overall is a good stack for an Intra/ Post workout. The BCAA stack is perfect intra workout as it has a high does of EAA as well as 2.75g of glutamine which is a great amino to supplement with intra workout as it helps with recovery. You can add in the Carb Max or Carbo-Plus to your intra workout shake as well. Providing your body with a steady flow of carbs intra workout will help keep your glycogen levels full giving you a steady flow of energy. Post workout replenishing your body with the EAA stack is a great idea as your body needs a direct amino protein source to kickstart the protein synthesis process and prevent a catabolic breakdown. Supplementing with Universal Iso whey is another great product to add in post workout as this is a isolated whey protein which is very easily digestible and will get right into your blood stream. Having a carb source post workout is very effective as well, this can be another time to have either the Carb Max or carb-plus along with your protein to help restore glycogen.
