Weighed in this morning at 209! Six pounds in one week with no extra cardio. I'll post my diet/supps/training tonight... not sure what I am eating today yet.
Seated Calve Raises-225 total reps varying from 1-3 plates
20 minutes treadmill:Alternated between 3mph walk, 3.5mph 30 incline walk,6-8mph run...covered 1.35 miles, going for 1.5 miles next week. The goal is to get 2 miles in 20 minutes... I'm not much of a runner.
40 minutes elliptical

This is healthy compared to my old cheat days. I don't know the times of my eating, so I didn't put them down today.
Today during cardio, I felt great. Sweat like crazy, and I didn't get tired at all. I honestly think the Animal Cuts is helping endurance a little bit.
Nice work. Glad to see the results. I just started taking cuts Friday. I was wondering if you get a nasty burp when you take the cuts. It's only for about the first 30-60 min. Nothing I can't handle just wondering if other people had this.

I moved my grip out from pinky on the rings to in between middle and ring finger on the rings today. I don't know if I am going to stick with this because I can feel that I have weak lats in the bench with this grip.

I was supposed to add cardio besides the BJJ this week, but unfortunately I messed my knee up this week. I should be good to go on Monday with the cardio, time to step things up a notch. EAA Stack intra workout, 3 liters of water mixed with EAA Stack throughout the night tonight. Gotta load up since I'm pushing my schedule back a day next week.. need faster recovery time.
Woke up at 208 this morning, down one pound from Sunday. So it is day 12 on my cut and Animal Cuts and I am down 7 pounds. Keep in mind this is with a reduced calorie diet, no added cardio (yet), and my strength levels are still great, even increasing.
Nice work. The new cuts is awesome I think. Just the nasty burps, but just a small price to pay. I'm on day 8 and look slimmer. I don't have scale at work so I'll weigh myself in 3 weeks when I'm home. I'm doing less calories and increased cardio.

Yeah, the product is really good. Next week I should be able to add some cardio into the mix if the knee is 100% (which I pretty sure it will be) and hope for a few more pounds dropped on the first can.
Cheat day yesterday, I downed tons of food that is not good for me :) The bad thing is... I only got in one pack of Animal Cuts, and didn't take Stak. So I will save that extra pack in the can for next cheat day for another one pack a day.
