I've got both of these listed in the ingredients of my weightgainer shake. I split the serving twice a day, once in the early AM and once PWO but I also take it regardless on non workout days. Will this hinder my lean gains? I just started so I wanna get the info before so I know what to expect. I know fast carbs are a no no if you want to stay lean. I'm currently consuming 3100 cals a day.
