All hail, Forvm members! I figured it was time to get my goals in order and start shooting for them so there it is......a combined 3 lift total of 1000lb!
So you know, I'm 25, about 200lb and 6'2, currently workin many many hours as a doc in the good ole UK. Never been sporty but started 'working out' about a year ago. Only started lifting weights in a fairly haphazard way about six months ago then found this site, got majorly inspired and have been seriously into trying to move heavy weight ever since (well, heavy for me!)
Currently - I only work out at home, using a free weights set (total of about 160kg) and a pullup bar. I don't have a squat rack or bench...but lets see where we go from here! Am open to all help, suggestion and criticism.....hey, I just want to get some size on and hit the ton when it happens!
