I want to lose some fat for spring while maintaining the majority of my muscle, im gonna start doing alot more cardio while trying to maintain my 5/3/1 status, i found this wrestling diet and it just seems so off to me can you guys help me edit it so that im losing fat but not losing all my muscle, any help is really appreciated.
Morning: Two Glasses of Water, Honey
Breakfast: Juice and Fruit, Cereal or eggs, 1% milk, toast and Tea, Pak, Glutamine and Fish Oil
Before Noon, Orange Juice and Glass of Water
Lunch: Sandwich, Turkey or tuna on Whole Wheat or pizza, or baked potato, Vegetables, Cranberry Juice, Water
Mid Afternoon: Glass of Water, Fruit, Juice, Protein Shake
Evening: Cottage Cheese, Chef Salad (Tuna or Turkey) or chicken, Vegatable and Fruit, Tea
Before Bed: Glass of Water
