Well the iron contest has been done for a few weeks here. after the contest i took a week off from the weights to give my body a rest. started back in the gym the week of oct 26th, on oct 28th i came down with the flu, no swine flu though thanx god. just gett'n better today. So now we start a new journey to put on as much clean muscle mass as i can. i want to try and maintain my bodyfat at around 10-12% until i decide to step pn stage. Yes the time will come for me to go up on stage, soon!

Here's my eatn program:
meal 1: 8oz steak w/3 eggs
meal 2: iso whey(3 scoops) w/ 8oz yams
meal 3: 10oz chicken breast *see below
meal 4: 10oz chicken breast
meal 5:10oz chicken breast * see below
meal 6: 10oz chicken breast w/ 8oz yams

* i make 2/3 cup of brown rice and split it with meals 3 & 5

gallon of water a day

if i see fit or feel the need i throw in a reg dinner or lunch but keep it under control from time to time.nothing to crazy.
