      MY story

in past 6 month,i grow like heavy monster or superhero military man.in the first 3 month i start to do HRT solo,i use rage, pump, and in the last month a gainer.i enjoyed the gain i've got from the solo.but when i read that Rage says that the HRT with partners have gr8 effect on mass,i challenge myself to do that. in last month of HRT solo ,i add an extra exercise for chest everyday(cause my chest is weak part of my body).i do one kind of exercise for chest with 3 sets of high repition like 30reps.then my chest explode just in two weeks.after 4 weeks rest,i motivate myself to do HRT with partner, but i change something in routine.i do 4 sets as normal in every movement but with this is difference 1st set : 40 rep ,2 & 3 set : HRT and 4th set :40 rep. i do this method for 8 weeks, and just with a gainer, with no good nutrition(cause in my country nutritions is weak,i live in Iran).my body now explode even more than the solo part,as Rage see my pic before and after the Solo session, this time i get even more dense.thats tough workout but i recommend u try it.
and my question from Rage is: sir i done 5 month with HRT routine,i think i empty my energy tank.and i know that this workout is tough and i dont wanna loose the sec of it,cause i gain in every sec of it. but i also look for some cutting phase.i wanna know wuts ur opinion for shredding workout.if its possible show some workout routine for this,
      tnx alot sir

Right on brother. HRT can be run for pretty long stretches as you obviously know yourself. You can run the same routine for cutting or change it up entirely to something more high volume. The choice is yours and it sounds like this might be your time to change it up. Try running the same mix of exercises and even the same split. Just run 2-3 sets of 20 reps a piece for a few months to shock the body a little. I like your variation to the program. I encourage this behavior. Experimenting, modifying and changing things up is always a good thing.

Yes. Take a break from the negatives for 3 or 4 weeks. Low/mid range glycemic carbs are key for you just like most. Yams, oats, brown rice, etc. A good mixture of green veggies also. You need to work closely with someone locally like your doctor to make sure you keep that sugar level in check.
